Multitasking

Kitchen exercises:

While waiting for the pot to fill with water,put a forearm on each side of the door and lean gently forward,opening your chest muscles so the space between them breathes.
While waiting for the micro wave to do its thing ,touch your toes or whatever you can touch. In no time you will be touching the floor.
While washing dishes,hold onto the countertop,feet against the bottom board and pull hard as if you were trying to pull the counter from the wall,stretching your lower body as far as you can.
While talking on the phone ,sit far back in a chair,knees at edge.Straighten and bend your knees as many times as you can comfortably.

These exercises will not take extra time and will show results if done faithfully!
